When Google and Twitter decide to work together for free

Google and social network company Twitter are both set to collaborate on an open source social network that would make it easier for users to connect with friends in a more efficient way.

A new partnership between the two is set to be unveiled on the eve of the annual World Wide Web Developers Conference in San Francisco on Thursday, the first time that the two companies have worked together in an open-source way since 2013.

Twitter is aiming to have an open platform in place that is more flexible, reliable, and efficient than any other social network.

Twitter and Google are also working on a unified version of its chat service that would allow users to communicate directly with each other in a way that would work on both the desktop and mobile platforms.

Twitter announced the news at a developer conference on Thursday.

“With today’s announcement, we are expanding the scope of our collaboration with Google,” Twitter’s vice president of global public policy, David Sheehan, said at the event.

“Together, we will bring new tools, capabilities, and features that make it easy to connect people and build meaningful, lasting communities.”

Twitter said the new collaboration would give users more control over the tools they use, while at the same time giving them the ability to share and build on the platforms they already use.

The two companies also announced plans to work on an integrated messaging service that will allow users across the two platforms to share messages and links between users.

The announcement comes as Twitter is already working to open its new search app to third parties.

That announcement comes days after Google announced plans for a unified social network called Google Plus.

Google has been working to build a social network in the same way that Twitter is now working on its new chat app.

It announced in June that it would be open sourcing its APIs and other software, including its code for its social network platform, to third-party developers.

Twitter, which is owned by Alphabet, has been open about its plans for an open social network for quite some time.

In January, the company said it would build an open code base for developers to create their own tools and services.

In September, the two announced they would be working together on a new messaging service.

“We’re excited about partnering with Google on this new open social platform,” Mark Zuckerberg, the chief executive of Twitter, said in a statement at the time.

“It’s going to help make it possible for all of our users to interact with each others’ content more effectively.”

Google’s new social network will be similar to Twitter’s.

Users will have to create an account and login to their own social network to start chatting, but the platform will be designed to be more like Facebook’s.

The new platform will also allow users who use both Google and Facebook’s services to join their social networks, although Twitter has said that Google will have full control over how it will work.

Google is also planning to offer a unified messaging service on its search engine, but it has yet to confirm that plan.
